Provide an on-line listing of the owner's property for the purpose of generating rental inquiries and income,
Handle all rental contract agreements, deposits, refunds and other details with potential guests,
Collect and disburse funds and fees with transfer to owner via PayPal,
Record keeping with detailed records of all activity related to property, including income and expenses, inspections, cleaning, maintenance, date of occupancy, and other accounting related documents. Owners may request imaged copies of income and expense invoices, etc. Activity reports will be e-mailed or mailed to the owner on a monthly basis,
Conduct bi-monthly inspections of the property, if not in use, and before and after any rental period,
Arrange and supervise cleaning schedules as require when the owner or guests are not present,
Payment of utility bills with amounts invoiced to the owner on a monthly basis.
