DR Rentals Online S. A., the parent company of DR Rentals Online.com, is incorporated under the laws of the Dominican Republic. President of the corporation is James Leigh and Vice-President/Secretary is Tammy Leigh. Several years ago the Leighs visited the Dominican Republic while on vacation and fell in love with the beauty of the country and its people. Even though on vacation, the Leighs spent several days viewing real estate and eventually purchased a property that is now their retirement home. Since that time the Leighs have made additional investments in the Dominican Republic before "retiring" to the Dominican Republic in December 2005.
James Leigh, President
James held various accounting and accounting management positions with a number of companies including General Electric and Lockheed Martin before retiring from CP Ships in Tampa, Florida. James began investing in rental properties in 1990 eventually acquiring a variety of properties including single family homes and condominiums. Ownership of these properties over the years has provided James with the necessary skills and experience needed for quality property management service. In addition James' attention to details and listening to the needs of the rental client helped keep his rental properties occupied by long term renters. That same attention to detail and the needs of the vacation renter will help assure a pleasant accommodation experience.
James holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management with a minor in accounting from Midstate College in Illinois, USA.
Tammy Leigh, Vice President/Secretary
Prior to her retirement Tammy held a number of retail sales positions, primarily in the household furnishing market. Tammy worked with James for the past several years in rental property management bringing additional knowledge and understanding to the management team.
Tammy is currently an agent with Century 21, Juan Perdomo, assisting James as time permits.
